PS2 style AI video generator
ClipFlux makes videos that look like a 2004 PlayStation 2 cutscene from one idea or script. A PS2 character can talk to camera, lip-synced, for TikTok and Shorts, or narrate a 16:9 YouTube video up to 15 minutes.

A PS2 character that talks to camera
The format behind “You met me at a very ___ time in my life”. Paste a script and every line comes back performed: lip-synced, captioned, with the hands and face moving.

Choose the Talking character format, switch to Script and paste up to 150 words, about a minute. Pick PS2 Cutscene, a character and a flat, deadpan voice. Each line becomes its own clip of the character saying it, with captions timed to the spoken words and a camera that moves rather than sitting still. If one line misses, you make that line again, not the video. How to write the rant itself, and which topics pull millions of views, is in our guide How to make "You met me at a very ___ time in my life" videos.
Raven, or a character of your own
The look comes with its own hero. Or upload yours once and keep it across every video.

Raven is the PS2 Cutscene look's built-in character: white hair, blue sunglasses, a black hooded jacket. Pick him and he is the same in every clip, from the first line to the call to action.
Your own character works the same way: upload a picture, save it, and pick it on any video. A recurring character is what turns one funny video into a page people follow. Keep it original. A famous game's hero belongs to the company that made the game, and a real person's face is not yours to animate.
A PS2 cutscene generator, not a modern 3D one
The look is the 2004 one: a hero drawn in detail, and a world built cheaply around him.
- The hero is detailed. A fully shaded face, stiff game-hero hair, a shiny jacket and articulated hands.
- The world is cheap, on purpose. Plain blocks, small blurry textures and flat scenery, the way a 2004 console drew everything it could not afford to.
- It stays 2004 in motion. Video models tend to smooth a stylised world into modern, high-detail 3D as a clip plays. Every PS2 clip is told to keep the world as flat as its first frame and never turn photoreal.
- Full frame, no black bars. Old cutscenes were letterboxed; your scenes fill the vertical or 16:9 frame.
The same look carries through every scene, whether a character talks to camera, a narrator tells a Short, or a YouTube video runs in chapters.
Or narrate a whole PS2 story
The pyramids video at the top started as five words. ClipFlux planned eight chapters and drew all 39 scenes in the PS2 look.

Start from an idea
Each one opens the builder with the idea filled in and the PS2 look picked. Change anything before you generate.
What it won’t do
- It is not a filter. It makes new videos from an idea or a script. It does not turn footage you already filmed into PS2 graphics.
- It does not copy real game characters. No Dante, no other studio's hero, and no real people's faces. Use Raven or your own original character.
- It does not make 3D models. The PS2 look is in the pictures and clips; there is no low-poly mesh to download or rig.

Questions about PS2 AI videos
Is there an AI that makes PS2-style videos?
Yes. ClipFlux has a PS2 Cutscene look that draws every scene like a 2004 PlayStation 2 cutscene: a detailed hero with stiff hair and a shiny jacket in a cheap, low-texture world. It makes vertical Shorts and TikToks, talking or narrated, and 16:9 YouTube videos up to 15 minutes.
How do I make a PS2-style video?
Pick the PS2 Cutscene look in ClipFlux. For a character talking to camera, choose the Talking character format and paste your script, up to 150 words. For a narrated video, type an idea: ClipFlux writes the script and draws every scene in the PS2 look, as a vertical Short or a 16:9 YouTube video up to 15 minutes. You can start on a free account, no card needed.
Can it turn my own video into PS2 style, like a filter?
No. ClipFlux makes new videos from an idea or a script; it does not restyle footage you already have. If you want a filter over your own clips, this is the wrong tool. If you want a PS2 character saying your words, it is the right one.
How do I make a "You met me at a very Chinese time in my life" video?
Write a short deadpan rant that ends on the line with your own word in the blank, then use the Talking character format with the PS2 Cutscene look so the character says every line to camera, lip-synced. The full method, the topics that get millions of views and a script template are in our guide.
Can I use Dante or another real game character?
No. Game characters belong to the companies that made them, and real people’s faces are not yours to animate. Use Raven, the look’s built-in character, or upload an original character of your own.
Can I use my own character?
Yes. Upload a picture of your character and pick it when you make the video. For talking videos the picture is used as it is, so a character that is already drawn in the PS2 style gives the strongest result.
Can two PS2 characters talk to each other?
Yes. In a talking video, label the lines with names (“Raven: …”, “Boss: …”) and up to 4 characters each get their own voice, and the camera cuts to whoever is speaking.
Is it free?
A free account starts with 60 credits, enough for a first narrated Short. For talking videos, a free account gets a preview with the first part performed, and can finish the rest. Free videos carry a small ClipFlux watermark, which any purchase removes.
