Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ClipFlux (the “Service”), provided by ClipFlux (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA / UK) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

ClipFlux generates short vertical videos from a topic prompt using third-party AI providers. Output quality, runtime, and availability are not guaranteed. Features may change or be removed at any time.

Paid plans and one-time top-ups grant credits that are consumed by AI generations. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Failed generations are refunded automatically; successful generations are non-refundable.

You agree not to use the Service to generate or distribute:

• Content involving minors in unsafe or sexual contexts.
• Real-world graphic violence, self-harm instructions, or terrorism content.
• Defamatory or harassing content targeting real people.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
• Content that targets a protected class with hateful framing.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without refund.

You retain ownership of the topics, prompts, and other inputs you submit (“Inputs”), and of the videos generated for you (“Outputs”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display your Inputs and Outputs solely to operate the Service for you and to comply with applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any third-party material referenced in your Inputs.

Outputs are produced by AI and may contain inaccuracies, biases, or unintended similarities to existing works. You are responsible for reviewing Outputs before publishing them and for compliance with the policies of the platforms where you post them (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).

When you connect a TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube account, we store the resulting OAuth tokens encrypted at rest and use them only to perform the actions you trigger (publish a video, read your own analytics). You can disconnect at any time from /settings/connections, which revokes the token and removes our ability to act on your account.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or for legal reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability) survive.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
